LUCAS COUNTY SADDLE HORSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE January 1, 2023
Dear Friend of the Lucas County 4H Program It is that time of year when we are in the midst of preparing for this year’s Junior Fair Saddle Horse Show taking place at the Lucas County Fairgrounds from July 8th through July 16, 2023. Our sponsors have been very supportive in the past, which has enabled the Saddle Horse Committee to incur the expense of judges, ribbons, trophies, equipment, and all related expenses to putting on a successful year for all 4H members. As you are aware, 4H is a youth development educational program – run entirely by volunteers. Our main purpose is to help our youth become productive and confident by acquiring multiple life skills in citizenship, service, leadership, public speaking, agricultural and environmental education. Your consideration and contributions are most appreciated. A class can be sponsored for $25.000 and up, and a sponsorship of $250.00 provides a banner that will be displayed the entire week of the fair. All sponsors will be recognized during the day several times. A business card or letterhead can be used in helping us recognize your support on a banner. A copy of our verification of registration as a 501c (3) non-profit organization is available upon request. In advance, I want to gratefully say thank you for your support in any denomination. Please know you are helping to support a safe and rewarding venture. We also hope you will join us in supporting our youth and visit us at this year’s fair.
