Remember to include any of the following documents with your Fair Registrations - May 15th Deadline to Fair Office

Wrist Bands - $5 each Order Form
SHAC Fair Dues Form
- Please Read this Letter first for instructions.
- Complete SHAC Entry Form. (Make Sure to Use the Correct Form for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd horse projects) and Jump Release, if applicable.
- Complete Class Registration Forms, one for each project animal.
- Staple Your Class Entry Forms together per horse project.
- Complete Junior Fair Entry Form. Complete ALL the forms and sign.
